Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of lifireshop.com and everything you buy from it. By placing an order or using the free blueprint, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Who you are dealing with
LiFire Official Store ("LiFire", "we", "us") is operated by Solaris Zen Co., Limited, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, with operations in Guangzhou, China. Solaris Zen Co., Limited is the seller of record for every order placed on this site. Contact: service@lifireshop.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to buy a reading. If you are under 18, please don't use the Service.
What LiFire provides
LiFire calculates a Four Pillars (BaZi) chart from your date, time and place of birth, and interprets it as a description of tendencies and cycles. All products — the paid readings and the one-to-one sessions — are digital content and digital services. Nothing on this site is a physical good.
LiFire is a self-reflection tool, not a fortune-telling service. We do not predict events, we do not diagnose anything, and we do not sell remedies, amulets or cures. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
The free blueprint
The free blueprint is offered at no cost and requires no account. We may change, limit or withdraw it at any time.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never apply to an order you have already placed. Payment is taken by our payment providers; we do not receive your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
Delivery
Readings are digital and delivered to the email address you give us, usually within a few minutes of payment clearing. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no parcel, and no delivery address is required to complete your purchase — if our checkout asks for an address, it is optional and it has no bearing on how or whether your order is fulfilled. If your reading has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Refunds
Because every product is digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We do refund in full where we failed to deliver, where you were charged twice or incorrectly, or where the chart is wrong because of an error on our side. The full terms, including your statutory rights and the position for EU and UK consumers, are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your birth data
You confirm that the birth details you give us are your own, or that you have the permission of the person they belong to. You keep ownership of that data; you give us permission to use it to calculate and deliver your reading, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please don't: copy, resell, redistribute or republish readings (they are for you); scrape or bulk-download the site; attempt to access another person's reading; interfere with the site's security; or use the Service in a way that breaks any law. We may suspend or refuse service, and cancel orders, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
The LiFire name, the site, the text of the readings, the calculation and interpretation method, and all related content belong to us or our licensors. Your reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The underlying Four Pillars calendar system is part of the public domain; our implementation and interpretation are not.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we don't promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or change or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue a paid product before delivering it, we will refund you.
Disclaimers
Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Accuracy depends on the birth details you give us; an incorrect time of birth produces an incorrect Hour Pillar. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the reading concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make after reading your reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to service@lifireshop.com — we would rather resolve it directly. Consumers may also have rights under the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence, which these terms do not remove.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Material changes will be announced on the site.

免费测评
免费测评不收费，也无需注册账户。我们有权随时调整、限制或停止提供该功能。
下单、价格与支付
价格以美元显示，在结账环节支付。我们有权随时调整价格，但价格变动不适用于您已提交的订单。款项由我们的支付服务商收取；我们不会获取您的完整卡号。如支付被拒绝或被撤销，我们可能取消该订单。
交付
解读为数字内容，将发送至您提供的电子邮箱，通常在支付成功后数分钟内送达。本站不发运任何实物。没有实体商品、没有包裹，也无需填写收货地址即可完成购买 — 如结账流程要求填写地址，该字段为选填，且不影响您的订单能否履行、以及如何履行。如您的解读在 24 小时内仍未收到，请先检查垃圾邮件文件夹，然后与我们联系。
退款
由于所有商品均为即时交付的数字内容，我们不提供"改变主意"式退款。在以下情形我们会全额退款：未能交付；重复扣款或扣款金额有误；或因我方错误导致排盘有误。完整条款（包括您的法定权利，以及欧盟、英国消费者的特别规定）见退款政策，它是本条款的组成部分。
您的出生信息
您确认所提交的出生信息属于您本人，或您已取得信息所属人的授权。该信息的所有权归您；您授权我们按隐私政策所述方式，使用该信息计算并交付您的解读。
使用规范
请勿：复制、转售、再分发或转载解读内容（解读仅供您本人使用）；抓取或批量下载本站内容；尝试访问他人的解读；干扰本站安全；或以任何违法方式使用本服务。如有合理理由认为上述条款被违反，我们可暂停或拒绝提供服务，并取消相关订单。
知识产权
LiFire 名称、本站内容、解读文本、计算与解读方法，以及所有相关内容，均归我们或我们的许可方所有。您获得的解读，仅授予您个人非商业用途的使用许可。四柱历法体系本身属于公有领域；我们的实现方式与解读内容不属于公有领域。
服务可用性
我们力求保持服务可用，但不承诺不中断。我们可能因维护而暂停服务，或变更、终止服务的任何部分。如某项付费商品在交付前被终止提供，我们将向您退款。
免责
解读内容仅用于娱乐与自我观照，不构成医疗、心理、财务、法律或情感关系建议，也不能替代咨询合格专业人士。准确性取决于您提供的出生信息；出生时间有误会导致时柱有误。在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按"现状"提供，我们不作任何默示保证。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们就本服务相关索赔所承担的全部责任，以您为该次解读支付的金额为上限。我们不对间接损失或后果性损失负责，也不对您在阅读解读之后所作的决定负责。本条款不限制依法不得限制的责任，包括欺诈，以及因我方过失导致的人身伤亡。
适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区的法律，不适用冲突法规则。在启动正式程序之前，请先写信至 service@lifireshop.com — 我们更愿意直接解决。消费者亦可能享有其居住地强制性消费者保护法项下的权利，本条款不排除该等权利。
