Is this fortune-telling?

No. We calculate your chart deterministically and interpret it as a description of tendencies and cycles. We don't predict events and we don't sell remedies.

How accurate does my birth time need to be?

As accurate as you can get it. Your Hour Pillar depends on it. If you don't know your birth time, tell us — we'll read three pillars and mark it clearly on your reading.

Which time zone should I use?

The time zone that was in effect at your birthplace on your birth date. If you're unsure whether daylight saving applied, pick the standard (non-DST) option; our true-solar-time correction uses your birth longitude rather than the clock.

Why do you ask for my birthplace?

Two reasons: the time zone for your Hour Pillar, and the true solar time correction classical practice applies. It's the difference between an approximate chart and an accurate one.

How is my reading delivered?

Everything we sell is digital. The free blueprint appears immediately on screen, and paid readings are delivered as a private link the moment your payment clears — usually under a minute, and never more than a few minutes. Nothing is shipped: there's no parcel and no delivery address needed. If our checkout shows an address field, it's optional and it doesn't affect your order.

Can I print it or save it as a PDF?

Yes. Every reading has a Print / Save as PDF option.

What's your refund policy?

Because readings are digital and delivered within minutes of payment, they can't be returned, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. We do refund in full if we failed to deliver something you paid for, if you were charged twice or incorrectly, or if the chart is wrong because of a mistake on our side. One-to-one sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked time. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Do you sell or share my birth data?

No. Your birth data is used to calculate your reading. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Who am I buying from?
