• All LiFire products are custom-made. We typically finish production and ship within 1 week of order confirmation. For urgent requests, we’ll prioritize your order. For additional customization or special requirements, our team will confirm a mutually agreed shipping schedule with you in advance.
• Enjoy free standard shipping on all eligible orders! No hidden fees—just add your favorite LiFire pieces to cart. We’ll take care of the shipping cost. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
2. Return Policy
• Custom & Personalized Products: Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of personalized items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty personalized product, please contact our after-sales team within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
